C3plus Pty Ltd
was established in November 1994 when the specialist emergency services and CAD skills of Emergency Systems Technology Pty Ltd, the wide range of communication systems expertise of Andrew Boon Pty Ltd and the business management and financial ability of Anileda Pty Ltd were combined.
In 1995, David Britt of DB Telecommunications Pty Ltd joined C3Plus to broaden CAD, emergency services and communications capabilities. In April 2000 Andrew Boon decided to pursue other career directions and
C3plus become a Melbourne-only operation. In 2009 C3plus was formally shut down however DB Telecommunications and Emergency Systems Technology continue to operate independently and provide the same services.
